Baltimore County Landlord Rental Inspections Home Inspector
In December 2007, Baltimore County passed a law requiring landlords
to register their rental properties and also have them licensed.
By January 1, 2009, all properties must be registered with the County
and have passed an inspection by a licensed home inspector. We can
offer this service to any landlord on a per unit basis.
